FREE Shipping on orders over $100 (Australia only)

We use Australia Post for our shipping. Orders are generally shipped the next business day (for Australian orders) for orders before 12pm EST. If delays are expected we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible. If you wish do not wish for deliveries to be marked Authority to Leave, please make a note in the comments section while ordering that you wish for it to be left at the front door or suitable location. We can not assume reliability for lost or misplaced packages in this situation. 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Australian orders are shipped within 1 business day. Estimated delivery 2 to 3 business days for metro areas and 4 to 5 business days for rural and regional areas.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped within 2 business days. Estimated delivery 3 to 10 business days.

  1. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. ElevenLabs cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
  2. Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.
  3. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
  4. Orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Next Day or 2 Day.

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

  1. If you wish to return product you will receive an unconditional full refund less postage expenses. The product must be unopened.
  2. ElevenLabs will not begin to process a refund or exchange until the returned goods are received.
  3. A refund can only be made to the credit card used to make the purchase and will be for the product only.
  4. If you receive damaged goods or the incorrect product, ElevenLabs will either reimburse you or the replace the goods at our cost.
