At ElevenLabs, we strive to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. We want to make the returns process as easy as possible for you.

Our Commitment to You

  • We offer a hassle-free returns policy within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • You may return items for a refund, exchange or store credit according to these terms and in line with Australian Consumer Law.

How to Initiate a Return

Returns Portal

  • Simply start the returns process through our returns portal at https://elevenlabs.returnscenter.com/
  • You will need your order number and email the order was made under.
  • Select the item you wish to return, the reason for the return and any photos to help us assess the situation.

Receive Return Authorisation

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation and detailed instructions on how to ship the item back if applicable.

Refund, Exchange or Store Credit

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will promptly process your refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be in their original packaging, unopened and with all seals intact.
  • Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Faulty Items

Return Shipping

  • Depending on the reason for return you may need to cover the cost of return shipping.

Exclusions

  • Items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for return.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Gift cards/vouchers are treated as cash if lost or stolen. Check your email to find your voucher code.
  • Digital goods are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
  • Sample packs.
  • Opened food items due to hygiene reasons.
