This delicious Pink Pitaya Protein Smoothie Bowl is so simple to make and packed full of antioxidants, fibre, magnesium and a source of vegan protein!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen pink pitaya
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp ElevenLabs Plant Protein and Super Greens
- 1/2 cup almond milk
METHOD
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer into a bowl, add on your favourite toppings and enjoy.
