What makes these oats super special is they contain our newest Anti-Inflammatory Superfood Blend which is full of amazing spices containing anti-inflammatory properties. Think turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and cloves!
This recipe is thanks to our biggest fan Earthling Sasha who says:
“I used a nice spoonful of ElevenLabs Anti Inflammatory Blend of Turmeric, Black Pepper & Ginger in my oats and topped it in a jar with pears, berry compote + peanut butter 💃🏻 I absolutely adore turmeric, especially with ginger and a dash of cinnamon!”

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/4 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 tbsp Anti-Inflammatory Superfood Blend
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey or rice malt)
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/2 medium pear chopped
- 1 tsp peanut butter to serve
For the Compote
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey or rice malt)
Method
- Cook the oats in a saucepan on medium with the all the ingredients, giving it a constant stir until it has reached the desired texture.
- In the meantime, in a small saucepan, heat the frozen berries with the maple syrup. Add a dash of water for a thinner consistency.
- In a jar, layer the chopped pear, then the oatmeal, and finally the compote along with a nice drizzle of peanut butter. Enjoy!
